Baked salmon salad

Ingredients:

100g salmon, 30g salad leaves combination, 30g young spinach leaves, 50g cucumber chunks, sliced spring onions, 10g roughly chopped parsley, thinly sliced radish, 1 tablespoon natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 2 finely chopped mint leaves, 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Preparation:

Firstly, bake the salmon in an oven for 15 minutes. Carefully arrange the salad leaves and the spinach on a plate. Place the radishes, the parsley, the spring onions, and the cucumber on top of the salad leaves. Sprinkle the baked salmon on top and apply your dressing over the mixture. To get the dressing, you should add the yogurt, the mayonnaise, the rice vinegar, the mint leaves, and the salt together in a small bowl. Allow the flavours to develop for 5 minutes before applying to the salad leaves.

Sirt Hot Pot

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon tomatoes puree, 10g chopped parsley, 1/ 2 lime juice, 10g chopped coriander, 1/ 4 tablespoon ground Annise, 100g chopped tofu, chopped ginger, 100g raw prawn, 50g broccoli, 50g beansprout, 50g rice noodles, 1 tablespoon miso paste. Preparation: In a big saucepan, boil the tomato puree, the parsley, the grounded Annise, the coriander, the chicken stock, and the like juice for 10 minutes. Then add the rice noodles, the tofu, the prawn, and the broccoli into the boiling mixture. Remove from heat and add in the miso paste and the ginger. Put into a serving plate and sprinkle the top with parsley leaves.

Sirt Prawn Pasta

Ingredients:

150g prawns, 50g buckwheat pasta, 1 tablespoon olive oil, finely chopped red onions, chopped garlic, 20g chopped celery, 20g chopped parsley, 200g chopped tomatoes, 1 birds eye chilli.

Preparation:

In a non-stick frying pan, pour in your oil and preheat for 5 seconds. Fry the red onions, chilli, garlic, and celery in the preheated oil. Then add in your chopped tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Add the prawns, and when they have turned pink, add the chopped parsley. Add your cooked pasta to the sauce and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Serve and enjoy your prawn pasta.

Sirt Chocolate Granules

Ingredients:

150g oats, 50g chopped pecans, 20g butter, two teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoon rice malt syrup, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 50g chocolate chips.

Preparation:

Get a large bowl and mix the oats and the pecans. In a frying pan, heat the virgin oil, the butter, the sugar, and the rice malt syrup. The butter would melt in the course of this action while the rice malt syrup and the sugar would dissolve. Then pour the result over the oats. Stir thoroughly before placing them in the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool down after baking is done. Break lumps seen with your hands as you mix the granules with the chocolate chips. Keep in an airtight container.

Sirt Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:

200g tofu cubes, 200g kale leaves, 1/ 2 lime juice, roughly chopped tomatoes, 200g dried lentils, chopped onions, 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil, grated garlic, grated ginger, 1/ 2 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1/ 2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/ 4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, thinly red chilli, 50 g soybeans.

Preparation:

In a preheated oil in a saucepan, add the onions, the garlic, the ginger, and the chilli. Cook them for 5 minutes and then add the cayenne pepper, salt, turmeric, and the paprika. Stir for 2 minutes and top it up with red lentils. Add in boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes to obtain a thick porridge appearance. Add the tofu cubes, the sofa beans, and the tomatoes into the thick consistency. Cook for 5 minutes before adding the kale leaves and the like juice. Cook until the kale leaves become tender.

Sirt Salad Skewers

Ingredients:

5 black olives, 5 cherry tomatoes, 1 yellow pepper, 1/ 2 red onions, 100g cucumber, 100g feta, 1/ 2 lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, fresh ground pepper, a pinch of salt, finely chopped oregano leaves, finely chopped basil leaves, 3 wooden skewers

Preparation:

In a big bowl, add the lemon juice, the vinegar, olive oil, garlic cloves, pepper, and salt together to obtain the dressing for the skewers. Then thread the already soaked wooden skewers from the water with the salad ingredients. The salad ingredients should be threaded on the skewers in the order of olive, tomato, yellow pepper, red onion, cucumber and feta.
