Green tea smoothie

Ingredients :

250ml milk, 3 ripe bananas, 1 teaspoon honey, 4 ice cubes, 2 teaspoons green tea powder, 1/ 2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste.

Preparation:

Add the bananas, the vanilla bean paste, the honey, milk, and green tea powder together in a blender. Blend all the ingredients until you obtain your smoothie.

Mushroom scrambled eggs

Ingredients:

2 eggs, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon grounded turmeric, 1 teaspoon olive oil, finely sliced mushrooms, 5g chopped parsley, 20g chopped kale, 1/ 2 birds eye chili.

Preparation:

mix the curry powder and the grounded turmeric. Add a little quantity of water to the mixture to get a paste. Boil the roughly chopped kale, leaves for 5 minutes. Get a frying pan and pour in your oil. Fry the mushrooms and the birds’ eye chili until they become brown. Add the eggs and the kale leaves to the frying pan. Serve in a sizeable plate.

Grape juice

Ingredients:

Roughly chopped cucumber, 100g red grapes, 100g cantaloupe melon, young spinach leaves.

Preparation:

Get rid of seeds from the cucumber, from the grapes and the melon. Add the ingredients together into a blender and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.

Kale smoothie

Ingredients:

Young baby kale leaves, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 ripe banana, 30g blackcurrants, 1 cup fresh green tea.

Preparation:

Allow the honey to dissolve into the warm green tea. Remove stalks from the young kale leaves and blend with the banana and the blackcurrants. Enjoy your kale smoothie with ice cubes.

Buckwheat salad

Ingredients:

50g cooked buckwheat pasta, basil leaves, diced avocado, 10g pine nuts, 10 olives, 1 tablespoon olive oil, cherry tomatoes.

Preparation:

Get a clean bowl and add the ingredients together except the pine nuts. Make sure that they are well mixed in the bowl before arranging them in a plate. Sprinkle the pine nuts on the top.

Raspberry Jelly

Ingredients:

100g raspberry, 2 gelatine leaves, 2 tablespoon sugar, 100g blackcurrants, water.

Preparation:

Soften the gelatine leaves in a bowl containing cold water. Boil the blackcurrants for 5 minutes in a sauce pan. Add the sugar to the boiling blackcurrants. Ensure that the gelatine leaves are completely free of water before adding them to the saucepan. The gelatine leaves would dissolve in the saucepan as you stir frequently. Put the raspberries in a dish and pour the liquid into the dish. Refrigerate the mixture and enjoy your tasty raspberry jelly.

Chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients:

100g plain flours, 150g caster sugar, 1/ 2 teaspoon salt, 1/ 2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 100 ml milk, 50g cocoa, 2 eggs, 50ml vegetable oil, and 100ml boiled water.

Preparation:

Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. These are the flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder. Add the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and the vegetable oil to the dry ingredients in the bowl. You should use an electric mixer to mix this in order to obtain a smooth mixture. Slowly pour your boiling water into the mixture beating it at a low speed for a good combination. Beat the mixture at high speeds in between the low speed to give the batter some air. Distribute the batter evenly into the cup cases and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. The cake would bounce back when tapped to show that it is ready. You can enjoy your chocolate cupcakes like that, or if you prefer, you can dress them with matcha icing.
