Pork with Park Choi

Ingredients:

350g large tofu cubes, 1 tablespoon rice water, 1 tablespoon cornflour, 1 tablespoon tomato puree, one tablespoon soy sauce, one teaspoon brown sugar, crushed garlic cloves, 100g sliced shiitake mushrooms, 100ml chicken stock, 100g beansprout, sliced shallot, 200g thin slices Pak Choi, 400g minced pork, chopped parsley.

Preparation:

Mix the cornflour with water in a small bowl and get rid of lumps in the mixture. Then add the rice wine, brown sugar, tomato puree, chicken stock, crushed garlic, and the soy sauce to the bowl. Pour the oil into a frying pan and then heat. Fry the shiitake mushrooms in the frying pan until they become glossy. Also, fry the tofu cubes till they turn golden at every end. Fry the pak Choi and the shallot for 2 minutes in the frying pan before adding the pork minced to it. When the pork mince is thoroughly cooked, add the sauce, the shiitake mushrooms, the tofu, and the beansprout. Remove from heat after 7 minutes and serve.

Sirt Muesli

Ingredients:

30g buckwheat flakes, 10g cocoa nibs, 15g chopped walnuts, 40g chopped walnuts halves, 10g buckwheat puffs, coconut flakes, 100g plain yogurt, 100g chopped strawberries.

Preparation:

Gently mix all the ingredients above together in a large bowl. Serve and add the yogurt and strawberries on it.

Sirt bites

Ingredients:

30g cocoa nibs, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon ground turmeric, 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, 200g Medjool dates, 100g walnuts, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoon water.

Preparation:

Process the walnuts and the cocoa nibs into a fine powder. Add all the other ingredients and blend them until you arrive at a sticky mixture. Mould the dough with your hands into bite-sized balls and put in an airtight container. Refrigerate for 1hour before eating them.

Salmon omelet

Ingredients:

100g sliced smoked salmon, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, 1/ 2 teaspoon capers, and 2 eggs.

Preparation:

Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Add the sliced salmon, the parsley, and the capers into the whisked egg. Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan and heat. Pour the mixture into the heater oil and move it around the pan to obtain an even distribution. Reduce the heat and allow the omelet to cook thoroughly.

Fruit salad

Ingredients:

1 orange, 1 chopped apple, 1 teaspoon honey, 10 blueberries, 10 red grapes, and 1/ 2 cup fresh green tea.

Preparation:

Cut the orange into two and chop one half. Placed the half-chopped orange into a bowl and add the already chopped apples, blueberries, and grapes. The other half orange should be a squeeze to get the orange juice. Add the honey into the green tea and allow it to dissolve. Add the orange tea into it and pour the chopped fruit combination into the green tea.

Apple pancakes

Ingredients:

100g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt, 2 egg whites, 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, 300ml skimmed milk, 2 tablespoon caster sugar, 70g porridge oats, 2 apples

Preparation:

Place the porridge oats into a big bowl. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, and the caster sugar into the same bowl. Cut the apples into pieces and place them into the mixture. Add the skimmed milk and then whisk until you arrive at a smooth mixture. Get a non-stick frying pan and pour your oil into it. Allow it to preheat on medium-high heat before pouring the mixture into it. Cook until they turn golden brown.
